Radiesse® is a collagen-stimulating injectable treatment made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. It is designed to restore subtle facial volume, improve definition and support firmer-looking skin. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, Radiesse® provides an immediate subtle lift while also encouraging your skin to produce its own collagen, helping improve firmness, contour and overall skin quality gradually. It is commonly used to enhance the cheeks, jawline, chin and lower face contours, with results tailored to look balanced and natural.

How does it work?

Radiesse® is injected beneath the skin to provide immediate support and definition. Its unique calcium-based microspheres then stimulate your body's natural collagen production over time, helping improve skin firmness, structure and contour long after the initial treatment. This means you see results on the day, which then get even better over the following months!

Radiesse® contains lidocaine, a local anaesthetic, to help keep treatment as comfortable as possible. There is very little downtime, so most patients can return to their normal routine straight after their appointment.

Treatment Protocol

Most patients require 1-2 syringes in a single treatment, depending on the area being treated and the desired result. Usually only 1 treatment is required, with results lasting around 12-18 months! Maintenance treatments will be recommended as needed to keep your results looking fresh.

Hyperdilution

Radiesse® can also be used in a more dilute form and spread over wider areas of the face, neck and décolleté to act primarily as a regenerative treatment, stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve skin quality, firmness and texture but without providing volume.

Radiesse® treatment plans can be completely personalised, combining both volumising and hyperdilute approaches where appropriate to achieve the most natural and effective result for you.
