A skin booster is a biostimulating injectable treatment that contains hyaluronic acid and often other ingredients including amino acids, antioxidants and vitamins. It is injected into the superficial layers of the skin to promote new collagen synthesis and improve skin texture, tone, hydration and smooth out lines and wrinkles.

There are many different skin boosters available which all vary slightly in their key ingredients, meaning some are better suited for certain skin concerns than others. After a lot of research and extensive training in each, I am delighted to be able to provide the following skin boosters in my practice: Viscoderm Hydrobooster, Sunekos, Profound and Redensity 1 (see below for more details on each).

Results for skin boosters last approximately 6-9 months but can vary between individuals and depends on  degree of correction, age, skin type and lifestyle. A good medical skincare regime will also help to prolong the effects of treatment.

Some treatment plans may also require a combination of the above skin boosters in order to achieve the best results. BOOK your free skin consultation today to discuss which one would be best for you.
